Who we are
Let’s Talk BI (letstalkbi.online) is a remote business intelligence, automation and software studio based in South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information collected on this site, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email address, company and message when you use the contact form, and your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, schedule a strategy session, and — if you subscribed — send the newsletter. We never sell your information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored with our database provider (Supabase) using encrypted connections. Access is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@letstalkbi.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
